An OPG also termed an Orthopantomagram, allows you to scan a dental X-ray of the upper and lower jaw. Sometimes, it is also known as Panorex. What this basically does is show a flattened two-dimensional view from ear to ear. When you take panoramic images, it shows your upper jaw as well as the lower jaw. If you don’t use this device, the images tend to become blurred ones. At some point, you may require OPG treatment with regard to your dental treatment.
